The "stutter" is too dry, and needs more modulation, variation, some volume pumping, filters, etc. Add some background pads. Sample the stutter and play with the pitch etc. Maybe check out Steinbolt by Squarepusher if you like this kind of experimental stuff..

Very nice! Personally, I feel the volume of the bass could be turned up slightly. Besides that, I like the overall feel, melodies, and drum programming.
